The instant petition has been filed for the following relief(s):-

"i. That the Quarantine order dated 27.04.2020 issued by Kangra Administration: Annexure P-1 restraining any movement of Petitioner, wife of the petitioner and daughter of the petitioner may very kindly be quashed and set aside."

On instructions, Mr. Ranjan Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that even though the petitioner has been placed under Home Quarantine, but he has never been disassociated or obstructed from carrying out the harvesting activities. In fact, it is the petitioner himself who has violated the Quarantine Order by visiting the bazar.

As regards, the medical exigency of the wife of the petitioner, it is submitted that as and when she requires medical checkup, Curfew Pass on priority basis, shall be issued in her favour.

In view of the instructions imparted by learned Additional Advocate General, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. It is, however, made clear that the petitioner shall be permitted to carryout the harvesting activities, but the petitioner shall not in any way, violate the Quarantine Order, placing him under Home Quarantine.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
