C.K. Buch, J.—I have heard Mr. Yatin N. Oza, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. R.S. Sanjanwala for the applicants; Mr. B.B. Naik, learned counsel assisted by Mr. A.J. Yagnik for the opponent nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. N.C. Sood, ld. APP, appearing on behalf of the opponent No. 2-State and have perused the written submissions tendered today by Mr. Yatin Oza. For the reasons, which shall follow, I do not find any merit in this application filed by the present applicants praying that they should be joined as party respondents in the Revision Application preferred by the opponent nos. 1 and 3 herein against the order granting ''C summary by the ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Surat.

It is clarified that in view of the anxiety expressed by Mr. Sanjanwala as he wants to carry the matter further, the Court shall assign reasons at the earliest and before that the Revision Application preferred by the orig. petitioners-revisioners shall not be heard. In view of above, the present application stands dismissed for the reasons that shall follow.
