Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

Petitioner has been made an accused in Littipara P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 which was registered for the offence under Section 376 I.P.C.

At the instance of the petitioner, Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.18 of 2015 was lodged for the offences under Sections 498A / 304B I.P.C against one Pintu Choudhary, who was married to the petitioner''s daughter. Informant in the instant case is wife of brother of the said Pintu Choudhary. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the police submitted ''Final Form'' against Pintu Choudhary, the petitioner has filed a protest petition which is pending before the trial Court and to put pressure on the petitioner to withdraw the said protest petition the instant case has been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 02.03.2017.

The learned APP has opposed the prayer for grant of bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner namely, Subash Chandra Das @ Subash Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in connection with Littipara P.S. Case No.10 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.111 of 2017.

The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of the order be transmitted to the trial Court through ''Fax''.
