Judgment
ORDER
Shri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents, are present.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant will be satisfied if the authority concerned amongst the respondents is directed to decide the representation of the applicant dated 30.05.2017 annexed with the supplementary affidavit within a limited time frame.
Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
I have considered the rival submissions of both the parties.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending, therefore, without going into the merits of this case, the authority concerned amongst the respondents is hereby directed to decide the said representation dated 30.05.2017 moved by the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to the applicant forthwith.
With above directions, O.A./1046/2022, is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
