Judgment
Ajay Rastogi, J.—Counsel for Petitioners submits that in identical writ petitions (CWP-3676/2011) after hearing counsel for the parties detailed interim order was passed on 16/03/2011 and the present Petitioners are also entitled for the same interim relief as granted by this Court.
Counsel for Respondent on the other hand submits that right of persons who were working as on 04/03/2011 on the post held in KGBV has already been protected by this Court and in such circumstances no further interim order is required to be passed in the instant matter. He additionally submits that so far as Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, jurisdiction lies before the main seat at Jodhpur. However, this objection regarding Petitioner No. 2 may be considered at the appropriate stage.
Taking note of the submissions made and after perusal of the interim order dt.16/03/2011, this Court considers it appropriate that the Petitioners who are working as on 04/03/2011 may be allowed to continue in service on respective post held by them in KGBV till further orders.
List along with CWP-3676/2011 and other connected petitions.
