Prem Shanker Asopa, J.—In the bunch of aforesaid writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the respective transfer orders issued between 26.9.2010 and 30.9.2010/1.10.2010. They have filed respective appeals before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal and are claiming identical directions issued in the similar writ petitions, therefore, all the aforesaid writ petitions have been clubbed together and are being decided by this common order.

2.

Counsel for the petitioners submit that against the impugned transfer orders, the respective petitioners have filed appeals before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal which are pending and have not yet come at number for admission and order, on account of the fact that limited number of such type of cases are taken up on a day and further petitioners'' appeals may come at number after some time, therefore, the petitioners may be allowed to continue at their respective place of posting, for a period of one month.

3.

Counsel further submit that in identical case Mrs. Deepika Kapoor v. The State of Rajasthan and Ors. CWP No. 13444/2010, while disposing of the writ petition, passed interim direction of one month to continue the petitioner therein, at the place of posting from which she was transferred, was passed on 07.10.2010.

4.

Considering the fact that listing of the appeals filed by the petitioners may take some time for the aforesaid reason and further to enable the respective petitioners to seek appropriate order on appeal as well as the stay application, the petitioners shall be allowed to continue at their respective place of posting from which they have been transferred, for a period of one month, which will be counted from 07.10.2010 i.e. the date of passing interim direction in the aforesaid identical matter.

5.

All the aforesaid writ petitions are disposed of, as indicated above.

6.

Photo stat copies of this order be placed on the files of all the aforesaid writ petitions, except CWP No. 13550/2010.
