Judgment

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant Writ Petition since the petitioner herein has got admission into MBBS in a different State, and the petitioner herein no longer intends to pursue to instant Writ Petition; and therefore prayed for withdrawal of the instant Writ Petition.
The above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of above, I.A.No.3 of 2026 in Writ Petition No.32651 of 2026 stands allowed. As a consequence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the withdrawal of the writ petition is without prejudice to any of the grounds raised by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition. No costs.
As a consequence, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall stand closed.
