Judgment

Rule. Learned APP Ms. Mehta waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent- State.
By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed to release him on parole leave on the ground of making financial assistance to his family.
This Court has gone through the jail record of the convict. It appears that the petitioner has been convicted for the offences punishable under sections 302, 394 and 201 of IPC and has been sentenced for life imprisonment, wherein 09 years 02 months and 06 days period has already undergone. Lastly, he was released on parole leave in the month of August, 2023, he had surrendered in time before the jail authority.
Considering the above all facts of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition requires consideration and is accordingly allowed. The petitioner shall be released on parole leave for a period of Two weeks from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions which may be imposed by jail authority.
The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on completion of temporary bail without fail.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
