This IA has been filed for seeking withdrawal of order of admission passed by this Adjudicating Authority on 04.01.2023 for the reasons that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Additional Affidavit has been filed by the Operational Creditor on 08.01.2023 wherein para 5 this position has been reiterated. In paragraph 6 of this affidavit it has been stated no committee of creditors has been formed till now.

We allow this application and accordingly in view of this position the CIRP is closed with all the consequences.

It is also admitted by Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP that all the cost incurred by the IRP has been paid. This IA is allowed and disposed of.
