Judgment
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant’s representation dated 04.10.2019 has not yet been considered and decided. He further submits that the applicant will be satisfied, if his representation dated 04.10.2019 is considered and decided in a time bound manner.
Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the applicant dated 04.10.2019, regarding releasing of various dues of his father and a detailed reply be furnished to the applicant by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
