IA-4223/ND/2021:
This is an application filed by Corporate Debtor seeking dismissal of case under Section 9(5)(ii)(B). Learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor states that this application was filed after the order was reserved in main IB application. Today Learned Counsel states that the parties are already negotiating settlement. In view of the same she prays to allow her to withdrawal this application. IA-4223/ND/2021 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. In the main IB order is already reserved. The parties may take appropriate steps if the matter is settled and file appropriate application for withdrawal.
