ORDER
Learned Counsel for the applicant Mr. Karan states that he has received a mail from the applicant directing him to withdraw the matter in view of the Corporate Debtor settling the matter. The copy of email dated 24th August 2021 is shared and shown to the Bench. Accordingly, recording the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant, we allow the withdrawal of the application thereby IB-2929/ND/2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
