ORDER
CA 83/2019 by way of a status report has been filed by the RP. Another CA 82/2019 has been filed under Sections 19(2) and 19(3) of the Code bringing to the notice of this Bench that pursuant to the publication no claims were received against the Corporate Debtor. The only claimant was the Operational Creditor who has decided to terminate the CIR process as his claim has been settled. Relevant form has been filed. In view of the same, CIR process stands terminated as the only claimant has resolved to terminate it on his claims having been settled.
Petition stands disposed off. File be consigned to the Record Room.
