Judgment
ORDER
Mr. Arvind Kumar has appeared on behalf of the Operational Creditor. He submits that the expenses of the IRP have been settled. This fact has been confirmed by Mr. Sanjay Sahini, IRP present in court. It is further submitted by the Operational Creditor that his claim has not been accepted by IRP. Since the applicant is the only claimant, keeping in view the expenses involved, he does not wish to persist with the CIR process. He therefore prays for termination of the CIR process. As no COC has been constituted and the Operational Creditor does not wish to pursue with the CIR process, at request of the applicant, the CIR process stands terminated.
