The present petitioner has been filed by the petitioner for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for non compliance of the judgment dated 20.11.2018 passed in OWP No. 2404/2018, whereby, the respondents were only to consider the claim of the petitioner and release admitted amount in favour of the petitioner.

Compliance report stands filed, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings in this petition are closed with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of rejection.
