ORDER

The instant CP has been filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (for short, the Code) for initiation of CIRP against Tirupati Basmati Exports Private Limited. Against the very same respondent/corporate debtor, CP (IB) 371/Chd/CHD/2018 filed by one of the financial creditor – State Bank of India was admitted by this Adjudicating Authority on 27.09.2019. By the same order dated 27.09.2019, moratorium was declared and Interim Resolution Professional was also appointed.

In view of the above, the instant CP is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may prefer their claim to the Interim Resolution Professional as per the Code and Regulations.
