These matters are coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.

This Tribunal, vide its common order dated 17.12..2025, directed the petitioners/appellants to deposit 25% of Rs.57,34,443/-, which comes to Rs.14,33,622/- in two equal instalments ( i.e. first instalment on or before 31.12.2025 and the second instalment on or before 14.01.2026) and the said period had expired on 14.01.2026 and the matters were posted today for reporting compliance.

When the matters are taken up today, it is reported by the Office as well as by the Ld. Counsel for the respondent that pre-deposit, as ordered by this Tribunal on 17.12..2025, is not complied with.

Under the circumstances, these applications IA 1644/2025 (Waiver) and IA 1654/2025 (Waiver) are dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit, resulting in rejection of Appeals in AIR (SA) 2183/2025 & AIR (SA) 2193/2025 by giving effect to common conditional order dated 17.12..2025.
