COMMON ORDER

These matters are coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.

This Tribunal, vide its common order dated 12.01.2026, directed the petitioners/appellants to deposit 25% of Rs.35,05,87,435.30p. i.e., Rs.8,76,46,858.82p. in two equal instalments ( i.e. first instalment on or before 27.01.2026 and the second instalment on or before 09.02.2026) and thereafter, the said period was extended till 20.02.2026 and that the matters were posted to today for reporting compliance.

When the matters are taken up today, it is reported by the Office as well as by the Ld. Counsel for the parties that pre-deposit, as ordered by this Tribunal on 12.01.2026 is not complied with despite giving extension of time.

Under the circumstances, applications in IA 771/2025 (Waiver) and IA 769/2025 are dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit, resulting in rejection of Appeals in AIR (SA) 721/2025 and AIR (SA) 778/2025 respectively by giving effect to common conditional order dated 12.01.2026.
