Counsel for the Applicant/Financial Creditor is present and submits that in all these matters, his client has been approached by an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) to purchase the debt which is payable by the Personal Guarantor in these Petitions. In view of the above, his client does not wish to pursue these matters and intends to withdraw the same.
In view of the aforesaid categorical submissions, the present Petition filed in terms of Section 95 of the Code is hereby allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application in case the said negotiations with ARC do not fructify.
Accordingly, the above Petitions dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
