ORDER
New IA/2352/2023:-
Heard the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional. The Resolution Professional is also present. The Counsel as well as RP have submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved between the Creditor and the Guarantor. Therefore, prayed for grant of leave to withdraw the present matter i.e. IB-726/ND/2022. We have considered the prayers. The Counsel for the Creditor is also present. Leave has been granted as prayed for withdrawing the matter. The matter stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, the Insolvency Professional who is the RP in this matter is relieved from his duties and responsibilities as RP. The present application is allowed. The matter stands disposed of in all respects. The case folders and connected papers may be sent to record room.
The Section 95 application is already posted to 16.05.2023. Now in view of the dismissal and withdrawal of the matter, the said matter need not be listed again.
