It is an application moved by RP seeking co-operation from the Respondent no. 2-Divine Infracon Pvt. Ltd., holding possession of the corporate debtor with regard to the supply of documents and also arrears to be payable by this lessee to the corporate debtor. Since second relief could not be decided along with the first relief, for the applicant having not pressed for second relief, the lessee is hereby directed to supply documents available with him with regard to the property of the corporate debtor within a week hereof with liberty to the applicant to seek second relief with regard to the arrears separately.
The application stands disposed of.
