ORDER
IA-3588/2021:-
Counsel for the Liquidator is present. Counsel for the Respondents is also present. Through the previous order of this Tribunal dated 18.08.2021, Respondents were directed to file their response to the aforesaid IA within four weeks. However, no compliance of the said order has been made till date. Counsel for the Respondents seeks two weeks time to make compliance of the aforesaid order. The request as made by the Counsel is granted. He is directed to do the needful within two weeks. It is made clear to the Counsel that in case no reply is filed within the given time, right to file reply in the matter shall stand forfeited. In the meantime, Respondents are directed to provide all the information/documents as already sought by the Liquidator in his request as mentioned in para 24 of the present application as well as emails dated 12.01.2021, 31.05.2021, 01.06.2021, 26.06.2021, 10.07.2021. Post this matter after three weeks.
