Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of judgment and order dated 9 July 2026. It is pointed out that in paragraph 36 of the judgment, this Court has held that the interim monthly compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the Applicants would satisfy the demand of the Plaintiff towards mesne profits. It is, however, submitted that the Registry is not permitting withdrawal of the deposited amount of interim compensation on account of absence of a specific direction to that effect. Accordingly, following paragraph 37 (a) be added in the judgment:
“37(a) The Respondent/Plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the interim deposited amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest.”
Corrections be carried out in order dated 9 July 2026.
