ORDER

It is brought to our notice that in CP (IB) No. 398/Chd/Hry/2019 filed by M/s Trust Commodities Pvt. Ltd. against the very same corporate debtor M/s Nuova Proteins Private Ltd., Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has already been initiated by order dated 06.10.2021 by this Adjudicating Authority. In view of the same, the instant CP (IB) No. 397/Chd/Hry/2019 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer its claims to the Interim Resolution Professional/Resolution Professional as the case may be, in accordance with the Code and Regulations made thereunder.
