Heard Mr Amit Pareek, learned IRP in the above I.A.15/2020. The above I.A. is filed for withdrawal of the final admission order dated 30.01.2020 in C.P.38/2019 on account of the settlement entered into between the parties. It is the submission of the learned IRP that the Operational Creditor has submitted Form FA and also paid the CIRP costs through NEFT directly to the IRP's Bank Account on 28.02.2020 which was placed on record.

In the above facts and circumstances, the above final admission order dated 30.01.2020 in C.P.38/2019 stands withdrawn in view of the settlement entered into between the parties.
