ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents are present.
This matte is coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.
This Tribunal, vide its order dated 13.02.2026, directed the petitioners/appellants to deposit 30% of Rs.5,63,14,721.42p. within a period of four weeks from 13.02.2026 towards pre-deposit and the said period of four weeks had expired on 13.03.2026 and the matter is posted today for reporting compliance.
When the matter is taken up today, it is reported by the Office as well as by the Ld. Counsel for the parties that pre-deposit, as ordered by this Tribunal on 13.02.2026 is not complied with.
Under the circumstances, this application IA 713/2024 (Waiver) is dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit, resulting in rejection of Appeal in AIR (SA) 463/2024 by giving effect to conditional order dated 13.02.2026.
