Vide order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT in company appeal No. 80 Insolvency 57 of 2018, the order of admission of the present petition has been set aside. As per further directions of the Hon'ble Appellate Authority, the proceedings in this case are directed to be closed.
