Ld. Counsel for the IRP has placed on record, the order of the Hon'ble NCLAT in Company Appeal(AT) Insolvency No. 847/19 in the matter of Girish Aggarwal M/s. Lavis Signature Panel Pvt. Ltd. Vide order dated 13.09.2019 the Honl'ble Appellate Authority was pleased to set aside the order of admission whereby the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process had been initiated against M/s. Nikunj Woods Pvt. Ltd. In view of the decision of the Hon'ble NCLAT to terminate the CIR process, no further directions are called for.
