MA 651/2020 In T.C.P.(IB)- 269/(MB)/2017 This is an application filed by the operational creditor/Applicant for the withdrawal of the TCP (IB) 269/2017 wherein an admission order was passed on 09.01.2018 but no IRP was appointed till date. Counsel for the applicant submit that Corporate debtor has made a payment of Rs. 10,30,000/- along with interest and as on date there is no due from the Corporate Debtor. In view of this applicant seeks withdrawal of this Company Petition. By applying Rule 11, NCLT Rules, this application is allowed and the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The corporate debtor is relieved from the rigour of the code.
