Heard the Ld. Sr. Counsel for the Applicant. In the course of hearing, the Ld. Counsels for the Objectors submitted that they wish to file objections in the application filed by the Applicant.
Considering the submissions, the persons, who are opposing the prayer of the Applicant, are directed to file their objections within a week from today after serving advance copies to the Applicant’s Counsel. The Applicant is at liberty to file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks from the date of receipt of such objection. The Applicant is also directed to ensure that the application is complete in terms of the provisions of law.
