Ld. Counsel for the Applicant and Ld. Counsel for the RP are present. It is submitted by Ld. Sr. Counsel that before the next date of hearing i.e. 21.01.2026, the RP has proceeded to convene the meeting and place the Resolution Plan for approval before the CoC. The CoC is directed to not to take any decision with regard to Resolution Plan before the next date of hearing. RP is directed to file a reply within one week from today.
