ORDER
No application for resolution has been received in this case. The COC compromises of only one claimant i.e. the Operational Creditor at whose instance the present petition had been filed. Since there are no assets of the Corporate Debtor available for liquidation, the Operational Creditor who is the only Member of the COC has decided to withdraw the proceedings. Resolution to this effect has been placed on record. The prayer for termination of the petition is hereby accepted. All expenses be reimbursed to the RP.
No further directions are called for.
