ORDER
The brief background of this case is that upon filing of the petition, a compromise has been effected between the parties upon which the petition was withdrawn with liberty to seek its revival if the terms were not adhered to. The Corporate Debtor has defaulted in adhering to the payment schedule and therefore under the liberty granted to the petitioner, they seek revival. Pursuant to the court notice effected on the Corporate Debtor, Ms. Gori, Ld. Counsel has appeared and prays for some time to seek necessary instructions.
