Judgment
ORDER
This is an application under Section 60(5) of the Code read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 filed by the petitioner/operational creditor seeking the withdrawal of the matter on account of the deed of settlement dated 12.04.2021 entered by the operational creditor with the corporate debtor. Having heard the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor as well as corporate debtor and having noted the contents, the application as well as settlement deed dated 12.04.2021,the main petition filed under Section 9 of IBC 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of Rule 8 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules 2016.
