Judgment
P.Madhavan, Judicial Member This Original Application has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:
"(i)To call for the records leading to Annexure A2 and direct the respondents to disburse the pension at the revised rate of Rs.28450/- with all attendant benefits thereto with effect from 1.1.2016 and pay the arrears immediately.
(ii)Direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 9% for the delayed payment.
(iii)Such other reliefs as may be prayed for and this Tribunal may deem fit to grant.
(iv)Grant the cost of this Original Application."
When the matter came up for hearing, the counsel for the respondents submits that the relief has already been granted and he has filed a statement. Counsel for the applicant has no objection to it and she is satisfied.
The Original Application is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
