The Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No. 10/BB/2017 is filed by M/s. Flight Raja Travels Private Limited/Petitioner Company U/s 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 R/w Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules 2016, by inter alia, seeking to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process in respect of M/s. Air Pegasus Private Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.

On several occasion neither the Petitioner nor the Counsel for the Petitioner appeared before the Tribunal. Therefore the case was posted under the caption "For dismissal" on 21.03.2019. Today also none appeared for the Petitioner. It shows that Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case and thus the Petition is liable to be dismissed for default for non-prosecution.
In the result, C.P (IB) No. 10/BB/2017 is dismissed for default for non-prosecution of the case. No order as to costs.
