This is an application filed on behalf of the Financial Creditor under Rule 8 of the IB (Application to Adjudicating to Authority) Rules, 2016 along with the Affidavit.

Heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsels for both the parties. Both the Counsels have submitted that the matter is settled. The Counsels have also submitted that an amount of Rs. 1 crore 11 lakhs has been paid by the Corporate Debtor to the Financial Creditor towards the full and final settlement of the matter. The money receipt dated 21.08.2021 and addendum dated 07.09.2021 entered between the parties is taken on record. The CP No. IB-1052/ND/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of Rule 8 of IB (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
