The update on developments in compliance of order dated 08.11.2019 is taken on record with just exceptions. An Application under Section 12(a) read with Regulation 30(a) of IBBI Regulation has been filed by the counsel for the Resolution Professional, which seeks withdrawal of the application filed before the Adjudicating Authority under Section 7 of IBC, 2016, in view of the letter dated 28.11.2019 written by the director of the Financial Creditor/Applicant in this regard copy whereof is filed along with the application. The petition is allowed and the matter is stands disposed off accordingly.
