Counsel for the Resolution Professional reiterated the non-cooperation of the Directors of the company, Shri Ruchin Middha, Advocate appeared on behalf of the Managing Director of the company and sought time for filing documents available at his side within 10 days. In the interest of justice let this matter be referred to IBBI to examine and to take necessary action against the Directors of the company and contention of the Advocate for RP about the non-cooperation of the Directors.
