IA-134/C-VI/ND/2019
The Resolution Professional has moved an application for appointment of a liquidator as the COC in its meeting on the 07th November 2019 have resovled to commence the liquidation process in the absence of receipt of any resolution plan under Sub-section (6) of Section 30. The RP has agreed and given his consent to act as liquidator. The Liquidator's remuneration reduced from 3 Lakhs to 2.25 lakhs per month. 93% of the Committee of Creditors have consented and voted in favour of the above and the same is confirmed by this Tribunal and the appointment of Mr. Akash Singhal as liquidator is confirmed and he is directed to file his next progress report as per the terms of the IBC, 2016.
