CA No.562/2019:

Members of the Bar are abstaining from work. This application has been filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 on behalf of the operational creditor to withdraw the captioned matter pursuant to the settlement deed dated 22.07.2019. In view of the averments made in the application, the petition bearing CP (IB) No.368/Chd/Pb/2018 filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is allowed to be withdrawn and the same stands disposed of to be consigned to the record room.

CA No.562/2019 stands disposed of.

CA No.231/2019:

Members of the Bar are abstaining from work. This application has been filed by the respondent-corporate debtor to place on record the certificate dated 22.03.2019 issued by the Chartered Engineer certifying that the yarn supplied suffered from low quality.

In view of the order passed in CA No.562/2019, this application has become infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
