ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Liquidator does not press any relief against Respondents no. 2 & 3 since they are fully cooperating. None has appeared on behalf of the Respondent 4 & 5. Despite directions, no documents have been tendered by Respondent 1, 4 & 5. They are directed to provide the same within 2 days, failing which coercive action shall be taken against them.
Court notice be issued to Respondents 4,5 & 7 summoning their Directors/Partners/Proprietors before this Bench on 17th January 2020.
Ld. Counsel for the Liquidator does not press for relief against R-3 & R-6, who are stated to be under CIR process and have no assets. Ld. Counsel also prays for issuance of a red corner notice for the Directors namely Mr. Gurinder Singh Sahni and Mr. Rajinder Kaur; Email: gssahni19@gmail.com; who are stated to have been absconded to Canada. Given the fact that they are liable for various illegal financial transactions/fraud, steps be taken by the Liquidator with the Immigration Dept.
