Judgment
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of order passed by this Court dated 12.04.2023 in WP No.15370 of 2020.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes to the submission made by learned Standing Counsel for the Suravaram Pratapa Reddy Telugu University (erstwhile Potti Sriramulu Telugu University) appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 that the order of this Court in W.P.No.15370 of 2020 has been complied with by the respondent No.3 vide Lr.No.SPTU/Legal/SLP (C) No.6974 of 2024/2025, dated 16.10.2025 and interest has also been ordered in respect of the pending dues to the petitioner herein.
Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not see any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents herein.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
