ORDER
The Liquidator is represented by the Ld. PCS Mr. Jayanth Viswanathan through video conferencing mode.
IA/1060(CHE)2022 has been filed by the Liquidator under Regulation 44(2) of Liquidation Regulation seeking extension of further six months of the liquidation period.
Ld. PCS for the Liquidator states that liquidation period expired on 01.10.2022. The auction of the inventory is yet to be conducted. It is also stated that Appeals have been filed under Section 42 of the Code which have yet to be disposed of. Hence, extension may be granted.
Heard the submissions made by the Ld. PCS for the Liquidator, we hereby allow the Application. We are inclined to allow this Application.
The liquidation period is hereby extended further four months from 02.10.2022.
The Liquidator is directed to expedite the auction purchase and complete the liquidation process in time.
Accordingly, IA/1060(CHE)2022 stands disposed off.
