This Application has been filed seeking extension of time period for completion of liquidation process of the Corporate Debtor by a period of 6 months from 02.08.2023 until 01.02.2024.
It is stated that there is Pending sale of inventory of the Corporate Debtor valued at Rs. 5,68,393/- besides appeal under Section 42 of the Code against the of rejection of claim which is also pending before the NCLT.
Having gone through the reasons stated in the Application, liquidation period extended further 6 months till 01.02.2024.
Accordingly, IA/1305(CHE)/2023 stands disposed off.
