Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who had applied for the post of Lower Divisional Clerk under scheduled caste category, has been declared unsuccessful candidate. However, the respondents have erroneously granted marks to several candidates who were otherwise not eligible for the same in terms of the advertisement. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 30.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) in this regard to the respondents and submits that the petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the same in a time bound manner.
Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
