Judgment
ORDER
Pursuant to the order dated 05.02.2026, the Applicant has served notice on all Respondents by all modes and filed proof and affidavit of service.
Mr. Kunal Godwani, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 5 submitted that they have no objections, if the prayers are allowed.
No one appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we allow the prayer and direct that the resignation of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain be accepted and Mr. Swatantra Singh having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IPP-01950/2020-2021/13047, e-mail ID- [email protected], is appointed as the Liquidator.
IA-498/2026 disposed of with the above directions.
