Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order dated 27.12.2016 (Annexure A/1) vide which the services of the applicant on contract basis as Driver has been terminated forthwith.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present OA may be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make a comprehensive representation before the respondents within two weeks from today and with directions to the respondents to consider such representation of the applicant in a time bound manner.

In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties, the present OA is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make a comprehensive representation qua the grievances raised in the present OA, before the respondents within 15 days from today and in case such representation is received by the respondents within the given time, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same by passing an appropriate reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks of receipt of such representation of the applicant. The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
