ORDER
After hearing the arguments of Mr. Vaibhav R Venkatesh, the Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’, for quite some time, the Learned Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’, seeks permission from this ‘Tribunal’, to withdraw the instant Comp App (AT) (CH) Nos.74, 84 & 85/2023. Acceding to the said request, the instant Comp App (AT) (CH) Nos.74, 84 & 85/2023 are ‘dismissed as withdrawn’. No costs. The connected pending IA Nos.955 & 956/2023 are closed.
Before parting with the case, this ‘Tribunal’, makes it quite clear that it is open to the Learned Counsel for the ‘Appellant’, as well as the Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent, to raise all factual and legal pleas before the ‘Tribunal’ in C.P. No.113/2022 & IA/91(CHE))/2023 for redressal of their grievances, of course, in the manner known to ‘Law’ and in accordance with ‘Law’, if any, so desire / advises.
The ‘Tribunal’, after hearing the parties in C.P. No.113/2022 & IA/91(CHE))/2023 is to pass a reasoned / speaking ‘Order’, in a ‘fair’, ‘just’ and in a dispassionate manner, of course, uninfluenced and untrammelled with any of the observations made by this ‘Tribunal’, in this ‘Appeal’.
