Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the nature of the order, which I intend to pass, it is not necessary to call for any Counter Affidavit or issue notice to the respondents.
Petitioner only prays for a direction to dispose of the Permission Case No.92R8II/2023-24, which is pending before the respondent No.3 for last one year.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the application for grant of permission filed by the petitioner, if the same has not yet been disposed of, will be disposed of by the respondent No.3 within a reasonable time.
Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, I direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the Permission Case No.92R8II/2023-24 filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order, after granting appropriate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by a reasoned order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
